At OASIS GLOW SKIN, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the product and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, OASIS GLOW SKIN will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
